Return and Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Chile, the shipping of your products may take longer than expected.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the item you want.

3-day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
